Delivery Policy

Homeliance has a clear and transparent shipping policy for all the orders which you place on our website. We offer reasonable shipping charges on all products throughout the Pakistan. You only need to pay the Product Price. We aim to provide you the secure and best online shopping experience; therefore, we have no hidden charges. We emphasize on:
  • Delivering each order perfectly, in a good condition and on time as promised by our Customer Support Representatives
  • shipping each order to the exact destination address as specified at the time of order placement. In case if you wish to ship more than one product to different destinations, you need to place multiple orders
  • shipping each item of an order within 1 to 2 Days in the case of Lahore and 5-7 working days in case of all across Pakistan.

The orders are delivered on all week days (i.e. from Monday to Saturday) except public holidays. To let your purchased product(s) delivered in the perfect condition and on time, we ship all the orders through renowned courier agencies. You can track the shipping status of your order via our website by clicking the “Track Your Order”.

Small items

Small item under 5kg will be delivered in 1 or 2 working days
You placed order after 9:00pm they will deliver next day

What do we mean by small? Just about everything under the sun except for major kitchen/laundry appliances and TVs over 43″.

Large items

Delivery charges depend on your location.
Before delivered will be informed delivery charges

The big stuff. Major appliances like dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges, freezers, ovens and TVs over 43″.
